Course Content
The masterclass includes, but is not limited to:

Intellectual Property All materials provided in this masterclass, including videos, documents, and images, are the intellectual property of Emily-Robyn Nail Artist Training. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without explicit written permission.

Payment and Refund Policy
Payment for the masterclass is required at the time of registration. This is a non-refundable course.
Limitation of Liability Emily-Robyn Nail Artist Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the masterclass. By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions and any outcomes resulting from them.

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
Copyright and Plagiarism
Participants are prohibited from using the masterclass content for any purpose that constitutes copyright infringement or plagiarism. This includes, but is not limited to, copying, reproducing, or using any part of the course materials without proper attribution or permission. Violators may face legal action and removal from the masterclass.
Fees
To the extent The Ultimate Nail Artist Masterclass or any portion thereof is made available for a fee, you will be required to select a payment plan and provide accurate payment information, including credit card details or other payment methods. You represent and warrant that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You agree to promptly update your account information with any changes, such as billing address or credit card expiration date.
You agree to pay the amount specified in the selected payment plan, along with any applicable taxes, in accordance with the terms of that plan and these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the masterclass, you authorize Emily-Robyn Nail Artist to bill your payment instrument according to the terms of the applicable payment plan until you terminate your enrollment. Any charges incurred are your responsibility.
If you dispute any charges, you must notify Emily-Robyn Nail Artist within sixty (60) days of the charge date. We reserve the right to change the pricing of the Nail Masterclass. Your continued participation after a price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount. You are responsible for all taxes associated with the services, excluding any taxes based on [Your Name/Your Business Name]'s net income.
Eligibility
The Ultimate Nail Artist Masterclass is designed exclusively for qualified nail technicians seeking to up-skill. Participants must have prior certification or experience in nail technology, as this masterclass is not an accredited course. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these qualifications and understand that the content is intended to enhance your existing skills and knowledge in nail design and application.
Termination
Emily-Robyn Nail Artist Training reserves the right to terminate your access to the Nail Masterclass at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or inappropriate behavior. Upon termination, your access to course materials will cease immediately, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining portion of the masterclass. You may also terminate your enrollment by notifying us in writing; however, any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.

By participating in the Nail Masterclass, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
